Baltimore 1/7 Scale Figure Review | Azur Lane ALTER
Baltimore 1/7 Scale Figure Review
This Baltimore 1/7 scale figure from Azur Lane brings the Eagle Union heavy cruiser to life with an impressive mix of character sculpt and mechanical detail. ALTER combines her confident expression, short brown hair, revealing combat outfit, flowing navy coat, thigh-high stockings, and enormous rigging into a striking display.
The rigging is removable, so we will first look closely at Baltimore herself. After that, we will assemble the full armament and see how dramatically it changes the figure.

Baltimore 1/7 Scale Figure – Overall View
Without the rigging, Baltimore’s character design becomes much easier to appreciate. Her wide stance and outstretched hand give the pose a confident, commanding presence.
The navy coat spreads behind her body and reveals a vivid lime-green lining. Meanwhile, the large BALTIMORE lettering adds a bold graphic element to the silhouette.
Face and Short Brown Hair
Baltimore wears a subtle, confident smile. Her golden eyes and sharp eyebrows give the portrait a strong but relaxed expression.
The short brown hair uses many separated strands with several longer tips sweeping outward. It gives the otherwise static upper body a little extra movement.
Upper Body and Combat Outfit
Baltimore’s black top and open white bodysuit create a very bold upper-body design. The sculpt strongly emphasizes her bust while leaving most of the abdomen exposed.
Silver mechanical fittings surround the chest and waist. In addition, small printed markings such as “68 USS” add a convincing military-tech feel.
Waist, Hips and Thigh-High Stockings
The white lower outfit opens high around the hips and connects to several gray armor pieces. Black straps then continue down toward the thigh-high stockings.
The stockings use a dark semi-gloss finish with subtle folds around the knees. Meanwhile, the armored footwear adds more mechanical detail to the lower silhouette.
Side Views
From the side, Baltimore’s forward-reaching hand and flowing coat create much more depth. The white bodysuit also makes the waist and hip line easy to see.
A closer angle highlights the layered collar, sleeve graphics, waist armor, and the large BALTIMORE panel.
Rear View and Navy Coat
From behind, the navy coat becomes the main attraction. Its broad lower section spreads outward and gives the figure a much larger silhouette.
The lime-green lining remains visible around the coat edges. The rear hair sculpt also shows many individually separated strands.
Lower-Angle Details
The low rear angle shows how the coat lifts away from the body. It also reveals the compact white lower outfit, hips, and the transition into the black stockings.
From the rear three-quarter angle, the green coat lining creates a bright frame around the lower body. The gray hip armor remains visible above the stockings.
The low front view exposes more of the black lower garment beneath the white outer panels. It is mainly useful for checking the hidden sculpt and paintwork.
Full Rigging Display
Adding the rigging transforms the figure completely. Two enormous warship-inspired units rise behind Baltimore and extend well beyond the width of her body.
The character remains clearly visible in the center despite the size of the equipment. ALTER achieves a good balance between Baltimore herself and the mechanical parts.
From a lower angle, the gun turrets and pointed hull sections make the display feel even more imposing.
Rigging and Main Guns
Each rigging section combines long armored hull shapes with rotating-looking turrets, gun barrels, chains, vents, and mechanical joints. The muted gray finish keeps the equipment realistic beside Baltimore’s brighter outfit.
The side angle makes the difference in scale especially obvious. The rigging reaches far behind the character and requires dedicated clear support rods.
Rigging Side Details
The right-side unit features stacked gun turrets, the number 68, chains, and several recessed mechanical sections. Small metallic details break up the large gray surfaces.
This angle also shows how the rigging sits behind the navy coat without completely hiding its BALTIMORE lettering.
Rear Rigging Details
From the rear side, the rigging becomes the dominant part of the display. The long pointed hull, triple gun turrets, chains, and circular mechanical panels reward close inspection.
The closer view highlights the gun barrels, panel lines, number markings, and metallic edge painting.
Full Rear View with Rigging
The complete rear view shows just how large the final setup becomes. Baltimore sits between two heavy mechanical structures while her navy coat fills the center.
Mechanical arms connect the rigging to the display while clear rods support the outer sections. Despite the complexity, the structure remains visually organized.
Display Base
The large gray base uses lime-green and silver circular graphics together with the Eagle Union emblem and USS Baltimore lettering. Its industrial design matches the rigging perfectly.
The base needs considerable shelf space once both rigging sections are installed. Therefore, collectors should check cabinet width and depth before assembling the full configuration.
Paintwork and Display Presence
ALTER combines matte navy fabric, lime-green lining, soft skin shading, semi-gloss stockings, metallic armor, and weathered-looking gray rigging. As a result, the character and mechanical sections remain easy to distinguish.
The Baltimore 1/7 scale figure stands approximately 260mm tall, while the complete rigging stretches to roughly 340mm in length. The light configuration looks clean and character-focused, but the full setup delivers far greater impact.
Baltimore 1/7 Scale Figure – Final Thoughts
Overall, the Baltimore 1/7 scale figure is an ambitious Azur Lane release from ALTER. Her confident expression, short brown hair, bold combat outfit, full bust, exposed waist, long legs, flowing coat, and highly detailed naval rigging create a memorable centerpiece.
The rigging-free display works especially well for appreciating Baltimore herself. Meanwhile, the complete configuration turns the figure into a much larger mechanical showcase.
Most importantly, the removable rigging gives collectors two genuinely useful display styles. For Azur Lane fans with enough shelf space, the full version offers both strong character sculpting and some of ALTER’s most impressive mechanical detailing.
